I called Pajer’s for a last minute bouquet for my daughter’s senior night. Ronda did not hesitate to step in and help me with a beautiful arrangement and used our school colors. I would highly recommend her shop for any of your florist needs. I know I will definitely use the shop in the future and for all my floral needs!

Pajer’s gets my praise! ?? I needed a last minute arrangement after a horrible experience with another shop. Pajer’s delivered the flowers within 3 hours of placing my order and the bouquet was GORGEOUS. Highly recommend.

I can't praise Pajer's flower shop enough. Ronda was exceptional!! I ordered flowers online and she took the time to personally call me to verify what I ordered was truly what I wanted for the occasion. She even stayed late for me to come into the store and see the arrangement. Surprisingly it wasn't what I thought I was ordering (much smaller than I had anticipated). Ronda then took the time to help me design the arrangement that was not just perfect but unique and personalized. I will be coming into the store for every flower arrangement I need for here on out. If you haven't stopped in please check this flower shop out. It has much more than their website shows and they are happy to create your dream boutique.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. In my 30 years experience of customer service I have never been spoken to like that by someone who knew I was ordering product for a funeral. When I placed my order over the phone the person assisting me was irritated that I called at 2:03 pm since they close at 3:00 pm since I wanted the product delivered the same day. I apologized explaining the obit just came out and her reply was I know. After she assisted me at the end of the call she literally screamed AAHHHHHHHH prior to hanging up the call. Unfortunately I was stuck to get my order to the funeral home and had no choice but to use the shop. At no time during our call was I told that would be charged a $10 delivery fee, of course I expected a delivery fee but not $10 to drive 20 minutes. On my email receipt there was an opportunity to rate your service. Unbeknownst to me that goes immediately to the retailer. For that I am very sorry because that is not how I deliver messages I prefer face-to-face and if not possible at least phone call to phone call. I received a phone call from the shop today the woman informed me she took my order and she was the owner. She wanted to know why I was dissatisfied.As I tried to explain she continually spoke over me at which point I raise my voice and said do not speak over me, I thought perhaps yesterday was an isolated bad day for you but how you’re handling this call tells me that it’s the norm. As I was still speaking she once again talked over me and said apparently I’m not going to be able to say anything because you keep interrupting me! I said ma’am I was the one that was speaking have a good day and hung up. I can assure you I would never use the shop for anything. Next time I will physically pick up the product and deliver it myself before I would use the shop for anything. With the current situation we all live in there our mom and pop businesses that I’ve had to close due to lack of business and this woman is complaining that she got a $60 order an hour before she closes. I brought that point up to her and she said I had 20 minutes to drive to deliver that. Excuse after excuse is not an exchange for good customer service. There is an a low enough rating to give the shop.

I live out of state but love supporting local businesses, including Pajers when I need to send flowers. They delivered a beautiful bouquet to my mom recently.

Orders funeral flowers twice from Pajers. I live 2800 miles away and am always worried that they will not give the best service because I'm not there. Both times, the lady on the phone was very polite. She asked what colors I would like. Both times I asked for pastels. My cousin emailed me pictures of both colors and arrangements. They were beautiful. I was very, very pleased.

Pajers has gorgeous flowers! The owner helped me customize our wedding flowers to fit our fall theme and they were perfect!! They have a great selection and great staff!
