The fella that said the secretary needs a class in manners was spot on. We have been in business for 35 years. I have bought thousands of dollars of used parts through the years. We bought an engine and called them on day 32. She immediately said we were way passed our 30 day warranty before I even got a chance to tell her the issue. The intake manifold was cracked which is no big deal, we just used the one off of our original engine. When we removed the intake manifold, the valves were so rusted up, from water intrusion that we didn't want to install the engine. When we called to discuss it, they said if I couldn't prove it had been stored inside the whole time we had it, they wouldn't warranty it. We did have it inside the whole time, but we could have let this sit out in the rain for the thirty days we had it, and there would not have been that much rust on the valves. When I said I didn't have photos to prove it was stored inside she said well its your engine now. I told her I had never been treated like this before from a salvage yard, and she hung up on me. That was an $1800 lesson on not to buy parts from this place ever again. I am forced to leave one star, otherwise I would give them zero stars.

In my opinion it is ridiculous to charge a person a tow bill of 500 dollars to tow a car from Saxton when the business is not even far from town. Greed much!

I can’t believe how rude the lady on the phone is! I called her to ask if a car part I was looking for is available she hung up on me while I was talking and I called back because I thought it was by mistake and these were her exact words ‘ didn’t I tell you we didn’t have them already I’m gonna call the police on you’ .I've never had such a bad experience with any place as I have with this business. You need to hire a new secretary according to all these reviews .

The worst and evil lady on the phone such rude bad customer service would not want anyone to waste their time or money especially the lady is the worst very rude you call for a car part she says they have it you go there they don’t have it or they just don’t wanna sell it to you very racist

VERY UNHELPFUL!!! I WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT DOES NOTHING BUT ORDER PARTS FOR SERVICE FACILITIES. THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE WORST IVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH. TERRIBLE AT LISTENING, KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT VEHICLES AND THE PARTS THEY SELL, OFFER NO WARRANTY FOR THE PARTS THEY SELL AND GENERALLY ARE JUST AWFUL

Ordered a transfer case that supposed to had low mileage but when received it looked all beat up, so grimy and rusty. Also a lot of silicone gasket material around it like it had been repaired before. My mechanic wouldn’t even use it. Looked like it had 200k on it not 50k. I returned it and they gave me 18 bucks out of 132.00 rude customer service.I placed order over phone then they tell me upon return there is 25% restocking fee but never told me that upfront plus I eat shipping both ways. I wouldn’t have known that until I got mailed the part with the receipt. Watch this place

I am not sure what these peoples problem are with the woman here but I didnt have any issues at all. There seems to be one person creating multiple posts under a different name.Those complaining clearly dont know her nor her personal life and no one knows what she may go through on a daily basis nor what she has endured on in her life so dont be so quick to judge!Treat people with respect, you get it back. Try to get to know someone before you cast judgement on someone.My personal dealings with her was that she was very nice on the phone and in person. She was up front and honest. I called her for an engine and it was ready to take home when I arrived.No issues, no problems. I plan to do a lot more business with Bollmans Auto Salvage and would recommend to anyone in need of affordable and quality prices!Frankie

Bollman's place is absolutely awful! We tried to return a transmission that was faulty. Unfortunately, we lost a receipt. And when I called them to ask for a copy so we could return it. Woman on the phone said that it wouldn't be a problem. However, when our driver got there, they refused to give us a refund without a receipt! Unbelievable! Such a dishonesty! I would never buy anything else from them.

Terrible customer service. Crooks! Watch out for your receipts. If you lose one, you wont be getting your money back. That's why they work on cash basic only!
