When it comes to customer service, this is a true 1 star bank. Major thumbs down.Last year I had called in about raising my credit limit. The teller named Shelly was very rude and made it seem like I was going out of my way to make work for her.Today (Dec. 2022) I called about how I could wire money to another bank. Once again Shelly answered the phone. Initially she was able to explain to me that at FCCB you can only initiate a wire in person, not over the phone or via Mobile Banking. I'm not currently living near the Sayre area, so I asked again if there was any way I could wire the money from the mobile banking app, which seemed to irritate Shelly. I then asked her where the nearest branch location to me is, and was met with an unacceptable amount of attitude. I said thank you, hung up the phone, and found the information myself.I'm very unpleased with my experience so far, and I DO NOT recommend anyone using the FCCB branch in Sayre.

Customer service is really hit or miss here with most times being a miss. I've been banking with first citizens for over a decade now and this is the least friendly branch i have encountered. Multiple times I've been in here and have received so much attitude.

I cannot articulate my sincerest gratitude and admiration for the Lockhart Street branch strongly enough. Their dedication to their customers and patience with those who need guidance and assistance is noteworthy. My parents, and myself have been customers since their previous company opened many years ago.Having moved numerous times in my adulthood, they are by far the best bank I have ever dealt with. Thank you for your excellent customer service both long distance and in person.

I have been a customer of First Citizens since it opened in the Valley, having been a customer of the bank’s predecessors – so I’ve basically had the same bank for my entire adult life. That says something about First Citizens and your commitment to customer service! I am so grateful for the staff at the Sayre Lockhart Street branch where I go most often. They are kind, caring, and efficient and treat me like a friend, not just an anonymous person with banking needs! Thank you! PS – love the online banking and mobile banking.

Customer service sucks really bad! The tellers are not friendly at all. I been banking with them going on 5 years and every time i have to call, I dread it.

Consumers beware!!!!, This is the furthest you can get to a "community bank". Customer loyalty is nonexistent. The top brass is only concerned with their earnings. They don't respond to customer concerns, they want to operate as the big banks do and do not respect the customer, especially those that have done business with them for years . Shop around.
