Had an amazing experience doing my taxes with Alysia! As checking reviews, versus other in my area I chose Jackson Hewitt, traveled from Mansfield and I am glad I did! She was wonderful, fast, and such a smooth process! Thank you ?

I made an appointment for today at 2PM. They never showed up and the building was locked. I tried calling the office and no one answered. It was a complete waste of my time considering I had to arrange child care to get this done as well. I am very disappointed and hope that others will not have this same experience.

I absolutely love Alysia and her fellow co-worker he was very helpful and awesome too! They both stayed after hours so that I could come and get my taxes done and they both were just sweet great people altogether and I’ll absolutely keep going back to them!!♥️♥️♥️

Great service, paying when filing or having them take it out of your return is optional. Which I thought was kind of cool. On the other hand, my estimate for the cost was much lower then they charged me. I ended up paying over 100 dollars more than they had said it was going to be which is the reason I gave a four star instead of a five. (Which I know an estimate is just an estimate but I did tell them everything I had that I needed to file, just would have been nice to know a closer estimate.)

At first there was a problem but not anything on the new staff that is there now it was a lady that was there in december. However scott and the staff stayed extra hours to fix what another lady that has been terminated. They are a hard working staff and suggest them

Had an appointment today and the office ended up being closed. Alysia called and came from the Owego office even after I told her I could make a different appointment. Highly recommend Jackson Hewitt. Alysia was awesome for coming down to Sayre to help me out!!!

Worst experience ever told me wrong amount then say can’t dismiss charges for service. If you want your taxes done right don’t go to Sayre Pa Jackson Hewit, they do not stand behind their work! They want me to pay them when I was expecting to get $842 back and only got $142 do to their mistake. Do not give them your business
