Paid for undercarriage spray and it did not spray the underside. Employee or maybe owner came out and said welp sorry nothing I can do! How about maybe stop the wash and refund me or offer me a credit. I’ve been coming here for years I can say I will not be returning!

They need to take a look at the car wash in horseheads on grand centrel thats the type of car wash we should have in the valley and its cheaper and actually gets our vehicles clean. This one is completely awful. Never gets our vehicles clean especially for the price.

Screens don’t work properly when attempting to purchase a wash. And the car wash itself doesn’t even clean half the car. Vacuums don’t even work. It’s a money pit- don’t waste your money there.
Customer service sucks as well. They get defensive when you point out that something isn’t working.
