Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Sayre, PA Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store is a great location with very friendly and helpful employees in several departments and cashiers. However, it can be very confusing with the unexpected pick-up lockers and new pick-up window. Customers report sometimes finding the store out of a lot of materials, with online stock information not being accurate. There can be lots of stuff laying around on the floor and pallets of merchandise in the way. While some staff are very helpful and provide excellent service, other interactions, particularly at self-checkout, can be less satisfactory.
Extremely helpful and friendly self checkout and customer service desk staff during my 4/15 visit. They were readily able to locate an item that was shown in stock at their store on the Lowe’s Pro app but not yet on the sales floor and bring it out from the back for me to purchase.
