Jeff Klossner was amazing he took his time explaining everything about the chair. He and answered all of my questions he was Excellent!! Very pleased with the service of Jeff and National Seating and Mobility!!

Left me stranded. My wife tried to flag down the tech before he left out of the driveway. Called his cell, the office etc. Sent emails asking for someone to call me no response. It's been almost 2 months now. My power cord has broke and I finally got someone on phone supposed to get it ordered and have someone gets in touch with me. Again nothing idk if it's ordered or not. The office shuts off the phone 30 mins prior to time of closing. Sorry I am an inconvenience but I need these things for my life too. I'd give it zero stars if I could and I know this is going to put me on the list that they don't want to deal with but I'm obviously already there so might as well share and let others know what to expect.Follow up....here we are a year later same problems it's been months trying to get repairs some.from.the last guys hack job that came to repair. Some just normal wear and but same ol same old again. I've reported problems for three months they came and fixed partial things, tech was not even aware of other. Communication needs to be fixed internally and I'm now.delevoping problems from the problems their tech caused last year and it just isn't being resolved it's a big run around . Please think twice first.Update it's now 2023 and it's still not fixed.....bound by insurance if you all are wondering why I am still dealing with these people.....don't become handicapped it's insane just to get a little help.

We needed a specialty bed for our daughter. NSM was the only place less than 2 hours away who could help us. The folks at the office kept us updated when the manufacturer faced delays (totally not the fault of NSM). The technician was professional, prompt and courteous. No problems so far, but confident that if we have any, they can be taken care of just as promptly.

This is the worst company to buy mobility equipment from! They don't respond quicky (or at all) even for a paraplegic 8 year old child. We purchased the last chair for my grandson fall of 2021 & rec'd it Jan. '22. It was a total "lemon", parts falling off quickly and often, from every part of the chair. It was difficult to get the repairman out, although I will say to his defense, NSM had 1 guy to cover half of NYS! When a repairman did come to fix the chair, he was good and knowledgeable, but overworked. Main office avoids calls, never calling back by 4PM the same day as their recording states. If you do get a live person, they always have to "check" and call you back which mostly doesn't happen. I had to eventually speak to the manufacturer of the chair in CA who was able to replace it months later although, Sales Rep for NSM never offered that option, nor did he want to help with making that happen. New chair rec'd Dec.22. It was a very long & hard year for a kid who can't walk & relies on his chair. He missed school often and couldn't ride the bus many days as parts flew off randomly. He was often afraid when the back slipped or his brake handles flew off. Sales are priority for NSM and not customer service. The 1st wheelchair my grandson had almost 5 yrs. from another vendor with no problems except regular maintenance. They responded quickly when called. I should not have let myself be talked into NSM & will not use them in the future. This company needs to hire more repair people for all areas that they sell equipment to and focus more on the needs of the folks who buy. For most it's far more important to have their equipment working than to have a smooth talking salesman. Sad to have to write this review.

hi....i'm very frustrated with seating and mobity i tried getting a new battery for my mobilty jazz wheel chair a month ago and still havent gotten yet i have called them three times and still haven't heard anything about my batteries getting tired having to charge my wheel chair every day they say that my insurance is going to pay for them but ....ugh!!!!!!!

They are impossible to reach on the phone. Have been trying for over a week to get someone to answer their phone says to wait or leave a message over and over for 10 minutes the tells you the person you are trying to reach is unavailable so leave a message that will not be returned. This wheelchair is fitted terrible unless my daughter was a statue. She needs to be adjusted every 5 to 10 minutes. They are very aware of this bur are doing nothing to correct this terrible wheelchair. They seem not to care how this is her effecting spine or her pain.Go somewhere else to be happy
