We needed a storage unit quickly. Star was able to make it happen. Normally, she said you can move in the same day. She called right after I made the payment and said the door had a broken spring and we have to wait. She offered to refund our money and she apologized multiple times. We waited 2 days and the door was fixed and we moved in with no problems.
Very secure location, reasonable pricing and everyone we've encountered there has been kind and respectful. We will rent a unit here for as long as we need one.

Extremely disappointed, was given a confirmation number that I reserved a unit. When I called to see when I could fill out paperwork, was told someone else was given that space. Unacceptable, and was spoken to rudely by customer service. They wouldn’t even offer me a larger unit at discounted price.

Improvements have been made. Buildings are cleaner, in better repair. Entry gate is new . . . Getting close to 5 stars. However, the manager, Star McKean, fitting name, gets 5 stars for being fair, reasonable, congenial, honest and helpful.
