Every time I go there the staff is usually the most unwelcoming presence I have felt from any retail area or chain. And it has gotten worse with each visit. They also do not communicate well. I'm giving 2 stars because there are about 2 employees who are at least polite when someone is at the counter/drive through.

Pharmacy area-Horrible customer service. I don’t understand why those people work in a type of service of this. Some people are very sick or don’t feel good and need to pass for this horrible, mediocre service. Needs to take some curses about how to treat the people. Add 1 star because I can’t choose 0 stars…

0 stars if I could. Corporate is next. I’ve never gotten an attitude like I did tonight. Always always problems with this pharmacy. Woman at the drive thru decided to bring up politics which is a huge no no! Treated me like I was white trash and I even said “I’m sorry my frustration should not be directed at you because the pharmacy as a whole is really not doing well. I’m on meds that literally keep me alive. I was told “oh it’s ok you’re no different than any other customer I’ve come into contact with today” she was very rude about it and I will not put up with that. 6 months of trying to speak with this pharmacy and I’ve been treated rude every single time. These employees need to stop making excuses for their behavior. If you want to treat people with such disrespect go work in fast food. Stop telling everyone their meds are on back order. We shouldn’t be paying ridiculous amounts of money out of pocket because you never have the meds ppl need! Common meds! Do better or honestly with all the bad reviews I hope this location closes. I’d rather drive 30 min to a pharmacy that actually cares for their customers.

Arguably the worst CVS location to go to. The Drive-thru is almost never open, and when it is, they will shut the door on you if you arrive just before 5. That just happened to us. Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional aside from a few. Just drive a little further to go to a different pharmacy.

This place is trash. This place should not be allowed to handle anyone's medication. After arguing with them about my medication they said I needed a pre authorization for. Got tired and after 2 weeks had the dr office send it to a different pharmacy and had it filled no problem. Better off getting if filled on the street corner then there.

Pharmacy didn’t let me know my medication wasn’t covered by insurance (contacted BlueCross BlueShield and I could get my medication covered at multiple other pharmacies). Believing it was through my insurance I paid nearly $360 for the medication as I was told by the technician that it was for a three month supply, arrived at home to discover it was a one month supply. Filed complaint and was told “I got an apology” - the fact that the store made TWO major mistakes and I’m out money due to it is the worst possible customer service I’ve encountered. Never have I written a negative review but this is frankly inexcusable at this point.

There’s one pharmacy tech that is absolutely awful to deal with. Very rude, hates her life and hates you. Her only concern is lunch time. She’s an older MASKED lady and you’ll know her right away because she doesn’t greet, she’ll rudely say NAME:They didn’t have the medicine in stock and she literally refused to help me locate it in another CVS claiming her computer won’t allow it. I went to another and they didn’t have it either but they located it in a third CVS in 10 seconds.

My doctor called my needs into CVS in Schnecksville ' by accident' well . They didn't give me my medicine. Then claim they did. Then said there's give it to me Monday, I went there, of course they didn't give it to me. What's a run around pain in the butt. No one seems to know anything.. obviously someone there took it. I hadn't been there in years because they've were rude before and I had medicine that magically I couldn't get because they didn't have enough. They said I couldn't even pick it up later. When they got the ,rest of the ,Medicine. Oh really why not?

Been a customer since this location was built. Service zoomed downhill over the last several years. Prescription prices are higher than Rite Aid but more important than that, NOBODY IS NICE IN THIS STORE. Pharmacy people especially. Last evening was the final straw when some jackass at the window was rude to my wife. If I had been present i would have dragged him through the window and kicked the hell out of him. There are tons of other pharmacies, choose another one, these people are useless. Hopefully, CVS will go away , sell the property and a wonderful Italian restaurant will buy it. To post a review you have to choose at least one star...they deserve less than zero stars.

The new pharmacy staff is unfortunately making me consider changing my pharmacy for my prescriptions. I’ve never felt more disrespected. My last two visits I was treated as if I was a burden to them. I had multiple ladies from my doctors office call me or let me know in person that the employees at the pharmacy called my doctors offices and yelled at / disrespected them so it’s clearly not just me enduring this. I’ve been patronizing this pharmacy for over 10 years and have never had anything less than positive interactions / transactions / help with the staff until now. Serious changes need to be made in the pharmacy staff and or their attitudes if CVS intends to keep patients business. It’s unnecessary and it’s rude. It’s 2023, it costs zero dollars to be kind and have patience. You have no idea what any of your customers have to deal with when they leave your store, don’t make it worse.
