“The service was stellar, prices amazing and customer service was above and beyond. I had my dog with me and they greeted her and gave her a treat! They told me all of the acceptable oil selections for my car and didn’t try to up-sale me! Not gonna lie, it took a little longer than expected, perhaps training a staff or short staffed. “I initially called and chatted with a gentleman over the phone. Suggested a few different tire brands for future tire changes though suggested I come in for the simple repair. Topo was the mechanic that helped repair a tire puncture in my front left tire. It had been leaking slowly with needing to re-inflate it every few days or so. They squeezed me in and I was out within an hour. The same person I talked to on the phone suggested blunt answers to upgrading stopping power before going into bigger price territory. Come here and expect prompt service and excellent care. Topo is your guy! I'll be coming back for the damaged corner soon. ?”
“I've gotten tires here on multiple vehicles throughout the years. Got four new ones yesterday and specifically asked for new valves stems because the other ones don't register PSI correctly. They reused the old ones then when I pointed it out, the manager (don't remember his name) got my car right back in and made sure to replace all four. Super nice guy and super apologetic. And one of the techs left me a chicken to go with my ducks. Shout out to that person for making my day ?.”
