Went to the AutoZone in Schuylkill Haven Pa. Frantically looking for lug nuts as my wheel was almost falling off. One of the employees Emmy helped me immediately find what I needed made my purchase easy. John came out as I was jacking the car up and asked me if I was ok. These two are definitely star employees! John was on break and still cared enough to ask if I was alright! This is a great autozone to shop!

Mistakenly gave me the wrong part while charging me for the correct one. They usually do a great job. They corrected the mistake when I returned.

Wanted a vehicle specific $15 part. Of course the store near me didn't have it. Drove twenty miles to the one that listed stock for it online. Purchased it and of course it doesn't fit. Not even close. Typical AutoZone.

Joshua S. The sales manager was very knowledgeable and service was extraordinary. He did a great job. We went to advance auto part first which they couldn’t find a problem but Joshua did. This was store 1857. Brian B was very helpful as well. Because of them I’m always a customer and wil come back. They are two good employees and should be rewarded.

My rear windshield wiper was broken by a different auto part store. They told me they couldn't help me and Ineeded to take it to the dealership Super irritated, I stop at Auto Zone to see if they could help. When I told the associates what I needed, they were dead set on getting me what I needed. Rob took the time to modify the blade (it wasn't in stock item, seems to be a dealer blade) so I could have what I needed. I can't thank him enough for taking the time to solve the problem. The other gentlemen there were very nice! Thank you Rob and the team!

Slap in the face customer relations. While trying to return a loaner tool with ID, receipt, credit card, and tool in hand, I was rejected because it was loaned on a commercial account. The receipt was thrown back at me and I was told commercial is closed. This absolutely violated the Autozone policy that is posted online. I proceeded to another Autozone where I was treated with respect and the tools were returned without incident. While there I was given contact information to address the previous situation with the manager and was accidentally given the managers personal cell phone number. We talked and I thought the situation was resolved. She told me about recent scams on commercial accounts and that was the reason for denying service (once again, not in the autozone policy). However, she proceeded to write up the employees that helped me out and did their job. I am beyond upset and will be taking this matter further. Lisa if you are reading this, I recommend you reassess your decision because it was disgraceful. I will be following up with cooperate tomorrow and continue to post until customer service is acceptable.

Horrible service. Walked in and got stare down by 3 employees. 1 grunted, “may i help you?”and the other 2 melted into the back. Asked for eng air and cabin filters at counter. He wrote the numbers down for me and pointed to shelves approximately 30 away and said over there. My filter wasn’t on the shelf and I definitely wasn’t going to ask that guy again who was now playing on his phone, so I left.

I walked in and was looking for antifreeze and I was helped by a guy and then I went to the register and told them what I needed it for. Then we made a change. Nelson the person on register was very helpful and friendly.

They are awesome , for the amount of time I had to stay just to get a a check to go through and usually don't use checks but needed windshield wipers , they took care of me , so if u need a Auto zone to go to make Schuylkill Haven Autozone your store ,ty again ?

My car needed to be jump started every 2nd day I didn't drive it. Not knowing if it was starter , alternator or battery I stopped in to have it checked. The employee was excellent. He came out checked the battery and that was the issue. He showed me what batteries were available for my car. I picked the battery and he immediately replaced it for me. Thank You for the easy quick visit.
