The workers here are very rude and lazy. They literally walk away when you ask for help/try to check out. Now I remember why I haven’t shopped here in a long time. I understand some people are overworked and underpaid but being rude to the customer is just making the situation worse

The people who work here are rude. Flat out rude. I'm not talking about if you ask them a question. What I mean is, they will literally mumble and curse you out. The hardest working thing in this place was the self check out and now that doesn't work.

Absolutely the rudest person works here.. I said thank you and have a good night on multiple occasions and no response from the cashier. Have people forgotten how to be polite??

I've been shopping at Dollar General for almost 20 years and yesterday I was at this store on 183 and there was a woman working there by the name of Kelly h. She was so busy and she's still managed to answer 20 questions I had and help me with price checks and help me with coupons and help me with a smile she made me smile she made me laugh she asked me if I needed any other help she walked down the aisle with me and let me know where she did not hesitate to help me with anything and because of that experience I will shop at that store for the rest of my life thank you Kelly and have a great day

Purchased a few things and asked to do cash back.Was told that they "cannot do cash back this early in the morning".Not sure how you can run a store without cash for customers. Won't be back.

Service is always immensely slow and usually one person to serve many if that one person can even be found. Prices are mislabeled, junk in aisles. Need for much improvement.
