Jack did an excellent job with our car. He let me know about what time & day was best - which helped him, and me! He knows a great deal about all cars, and he'll tell you (and he'll do) what is the right thing to do with your car. He has decades of experience. We appreciated his work. Also, the waiting room was neat and clean and nicely decorated already with fall decor.

Referred by friend of the family. Explained the issues. Made an appt. Took two days to have him work on it. $500. He said it was fixed. Drove off the lot and stalled in a busy intersection. Called. Took another week just to get him to look at it again. Dropped it off agreed upon day, had my vehicle 10 days, TEN DAYS! and still not fixed. I called a couple times during that 10 days and he’d just say, “Idk but I’m gonna try something else.”
Refused refund. Nice guy I guess but doesn’t call you, I had to keep calling him. Not very communicative. Felt VERY unattended for the cumulative TWO WEEKS this guy had my vehicle. Car still broke and out the $500. I asked what additional work he had done in that 10 days time. He said, “No, none”, “Idk, take it to a dealer.” he told me.
