Bought one of their doors with locks. Lock is a waste of time, does not need much effort to force entry. Also I ordered a 36 x 80 door and it doesn’t fit snugly.

I agree! A folding door in my house was damaged and when I contacted LTL they had the parts I needed and charged only for the shipping costs - Plus I received the package in 2 days. I thought I’d have to buy and install a whole new door! Thank you LTL!

I broke a piece on a new sliding door I purchased at Lowe's. Contacted LTL via email. Quickly responded and willing to send me a new piece. That's great customer service. Will recommend them and their products
