If I could give 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I waited 30 minutes for a COLD wrap with NO ORDERS ahead of me. Management needs to seriously reconsider their staff at this location and hire mature people that can actually multitask. Instead of making orders they are too busy laughing and joking loud enough for everyone in the store to hear them, but clearly can’t multitask and make orders at the same time. I made my order @5:30pm and did not get it until 5:57pm. A cold hoagie that requires no time in the oven to cook & than forgot to make the fries w my order after already waiting 25 minutes and had to wait even longer for those. Garbage staff. @management do yourself a favor and hire all new staff, it’s needed badly.

Visited the location today 6/15/24 to pick up a few items. One of the female workers went up to the microphone they usually use to announce orders and started making wierd noises into the mic at an attempt at humor. This lasted for about 5 mins until the employee stop and started singing " I will always love you" by Whitney Houston annoyingly Into the mic. Usually I wouldn't mind but this was beyond annoying and childish!

Don't go here for a quick get together. If you have a few people their and start laughing with no one else in the eating area. They come over and ask you to keep it down because your bothering the other patrons... Never go their again wawa can't come to Pottsville quick enough!!! Prolly won't but... Anything is better then going to sheetz for a get together.

Almost every time I get anything from here they mess up my order. I order a chicken salad and they didn’t even put chicken on it. I order a dip like ranch or something they never put it in the bag. Some workers give off bad vibes and are rude.
