Everyone was kind and encouraging. There wasnt any judgment/tense energy. I loved that everyone is at different fitness levels and did what worked/the best for them. Great gym!

Public safety risk staying open. It’s a shame, when businesses don’t comply . And well have to shut down longer because of these businesses not listening

Great gym to go to if you want conventional training, extreme training or mix it up and do both. For me, I need a place I can attend that's fits my schedule and the hours of operation are just what I need. Also, the keyless entry is very convenient.

This is an "old school" gym that has free weights, cardio, machines, and a portion of turf for baseball/softball.

It’s by far the best gym I have ever been to, everyone is so friendly. Kristy said you don’t know how really strong you are yet. when I started there and she was so right. What I thought was impossible, she is showing me that it is possible. Give it a try what do you have to loose. It’s honestly the best decision I have ever made. Amazing trainer, and awesome friends.
