“I got my 2020 Subaru Impreza from here almost two years ago. The gentleman I dealt with, I forget his name, was beyond helpful. He was kind and didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes, which would've been extremely easy considering this s the first car I have ever bought from a dealership. I had one small problem with the registration transfer from my old car to my new one, but I called the dealership and they fixed it at no cost to me. Even mailed me the documents I needed to sign so i did not have to drive back to the dealership.

That very car lasted me 5 years and 120k+ miles. I was so pleased with this place, I brought my younger sibling, who just started driving, here to get their first car. “Don's a great guy. He's been in the used car business for 37 years and has always sold lower end cars for the less fortunate of us in this area. Upper end on his prices is around $6,000, he tells me... Not a greedy man, obviously.
I haven't been able to buy a car from him yet but I most certainly would if he could find one I want. I'm in (urgent) need of my next car at the moment, but I'm fussy about having a clutch and they're rarer than unicorns, sadly...
But, I trust Don. He does the best he can for his customers from everything I've seen and that's all you could ask for, right? He's been quite helpful taking way more time to talk with me, give me advice and opinions, etc, than anyone else would, even though he hasn't made a dime from me yet so far.
Nothing showy about Don, as anyone who's been there knows. I like that about him. Lol”

“Never trust someone who is in the car business, right? We all have heard it. In my experience it's proven true every time. But I think I've found the exception. When the person is actually an engineer by day and this is his hobby business to get more involved in his community? Trust him. Or at least give him a chance to show you why he's earned it.
Muhammed was very knowledgeable about these cars and told me all about their ins and outs, what to watch for, when to expect what, etc. He had it in great condition when I checked out the 2013 Prius, hybrids and German cars being their specialty, and encouraged me to check it out, test drive it, and even use my own scanner to check the codes and history (they were spotless).
He told me the reason the car was priced what it was (very low) was because of the dent in the back...between you and me, I didn't notice it. But of course I nodded along 'knowingly'. This man may be honest to a fault. He gave me a great deal, a great experience, great knowledge, and ultimately, a great connection. I know where I'll be going in the future.
