“I promised to give this review if everything worked out - and here I am. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Legacy from this shop last Fall, and have had nothing short of a positive experience.

The car had issues initially after purchasing, some truly benign issues - but they gave me their word that it would be fixed at zero cost to me. They absolutely delivered on their word.

The guys at the shop (Jake, and Mike I believe) spent months dealing with my calls, questions, and so on - and continued to work on the car until the issue was finally resolved. The repair was not a hefty one, but it was a pain in the ass to diagnose. We took it to a master Subaru tech, other mechanics, all of whom couldn’t solve the issue, until one of those geniuses in the back found the miracle fix.

All the while, all my interactions (especially with Jake) were positive, constructive, and left me feeling better than I did when I walked in. They were consistently respectful, responsive, and honest.

Fast forward to today, the car is driving great, and has made it up and down a large portion of the east coast.

100% would recommend buying your next used car here, and Ive recommended my own friends/family. Treat people with respect, and they will likely return it back to you! That’s exactly what the Wallence’s did.”

The website was great and showed everything clearly saving us an extra trip to the lot. We immediately found a 2018 food escape at a price that was so much lower than everywhere else. “Don's a great guy. He's been in the used car business for 37 years and has always sold lower end cars for the less fortunate of us in this area. Upper end on his prices is around $6,000, he tells me... Not a greedy man, obviously.

I haven't been able to buy a car from him yet but I most certainly would if he could find one I want. I'm in (urgent) need of my next car at the moment, but I'm fussy about having a clutch and they're rarer than unicorns, sadly...

But, I trust Don. He does the best he can for his customers from everything I've seen and that's all you could ask for, right? “Never trust someone who is in the car business, right? We all have heard it. In my experience it's proven true every time. But I think I've found the exception. When the person is actually an engineer by day and this is his hobby business to get more involved in his community? Trust him. Or at least give him a chance to show you why he's earned it.

Muhammed was very knowledgeable about these cars and told me all about their ins and outs, what to watch for, when to expect what, etc. He had it in great condition when I checked out the 2013 Prius, hybrids and German cars being their specialty, and encouraged me to check it out, test drive it, and even use my own scanner to check the codes and history (they were spotless).

He told me the reason the car was priced what it was (very low) was because of the dent in the back...between you and me, I didn't notice it. But of course I nodded along 'knowingly'. This man may be honest to a fault. He gave me a great deal, a great experience, great knowledge, and ultimately, a great connection. I know where I'll be going in the future.
