Does the job of storing my belongings, but 2 price increases in less than a year is ridiculous. I was lured in with a good price, but at this rate I'll be paying double that price within the next 6 months.

The agent that I dealt with was very courteous and kind. He made sure that I understood policy and that I knew where my unit was before leaving. He took the time to answer all the questions with clarity.
