“This UPS store has the best employees. I have gone to many UPS stores over the past 10 years. Everyone who works here is friendly and very knowledgeable. Anu helps me most of the times I have been there. She was leaving to go home the other day past her shift. When she saw me trying to enter the store having great difficulty trying to maneuver many packages, she stopped to help me. Not only did she carry some of my load, but she stayed and helped me until I was able to place all my Amazon returns. Anu welcomes everyone with a beautiful big smile. A smile like that makes each customer feel welcomed. I have to visit a UPS store at about every other week. I have stopped going to other UPS stores now because of their unfriendly manners. This UPS store is the best I have experienced.”

“I've been coming to this USPS for several years and have never encountered any rudeness or unusual circumstances that these reviewers are "claiming." EVERYONE has always treated me with utmost respect, decorum, and with a smile. My packages have always been scanned in and delivered ON TIME as indicated on the RECEIPTS. The problem is obviously NOT the staff BUT perhaps the attitudes of those with the entitlement attitude entering with them. You get what you give. Or, as the Book says, "You reap what you sow." This location has always been above board and efficient.”

“Parking is terrible and usually flooded with CUB people instead of leaving the spaces open for the business. The team inside is good at what they do though. Never had any issues and they were even able to offer me a dolly to bring in a very heavy product return.”
