Not enough elevators. Always waiting for awhile. Not enough variety in restaurant choices.

I spent $1100+ that was the cheapest room for two nights along with two of the cheapest passes. I didn't know I could go to the swim park without the pass. There's no microwave in the room. The closest one is in the ice room down the hallway and it was broken without warning. I used it and the outlet sparked and I unplugged it... There's no way cook anything the fridge barely works they sent someone to fix it. Trying to find anything is ridiculous. Trying to wait in line to ask questions is ridiculous. Thank God for the app that's the only way to talk to a worker. My room is on the opposite side of the entrance and my key bracelet doesn't work so I was stuck standing in the pouring rain with all my bags (and I was recently hurt) until someone else let me in door 1 finally. It's impossible to find parking my cars on the opposite side of the entire property. No one told me I could go through the main entrance to get to my room but it's a 10 minute walk each way. There's stains, paint marks, and idk what all over the walls in my room. This is ridiculous $1100 for two nights and we don't even get a microwave how are we supposed to eat? Their candy bars are $7 you can't buy single slice pizza but you can't reheat it or put it away. We brought a cooler thankfully. This is ridiculous I'm so upset it ruins it for my entire family there's people screaming all hours and wet carpet in the hallway there's no way to find anything I get lost everytime I leave the room ...Also how is this a water park and there's no washer or dryer for the clothes or suits ????Edit: the day we were leaving the elevators broke and the side doors still won't unlock no matter what so it was extremely hard bringing everything to the car. Plus it's raining so everything's soaked ... and needed to have someone hold the door or put a rock in it or we would have to run to the entrance and go the entire hotel to the room which took 10-20 minutes each time plus up four flights of stairs without the elevators ...The people at the bar/restaurant in the main lobby were extremely under staffed and deserve better. Our family's magiquest was an enormous failure. The wands and quest boxes don't work half the time... There's a bunch of sticky stuff all over the touchable stuff ....We went to the water park at 11am, my partner waited in line for a water slide for 25+ minutes and they turned him away bc it's two people only and he didn't know. We had no idea what time it was there's no clock anywhere in the water park or the entire hotelIt's super loud especially in the water parkThe water park workers were either really over worked or really under staffed so it's super super super slow ...Good luck trying to do anything without waiting in a 20+ minute line ...This was our first time here and it ruined it for all of us... I'm so upset I spent $1200 for nothing to work ?

The pool smells a lot of colorox. I took a shower and woke up feeling itchy. My child's face turned red, and the swimsuit is out of color.

Second bedroom isn’t a king bed. Makes it hard to sleep with second family. WiFi doesn’t work anywhere for 4 days. Room service is quick. No lobby coffee or breakfast. Very expensive food. Even Dunkin comes to $4 for m coffee which we can’t use our app. Fun w bowling but everything is 10-15 mins and it’s over. Adventure game is fun but drawn out with running back and forth to the same places. Pool is fun. Very crowded on Fridays and sat . Sunday less crowded when opening at 10 am.

Usually go every year! My son loves it!Food was great! Park and room were clean and nice.Only issue i had was i paid for late check out 2pm and when we came back to the room after the water park at 12pm our wristbands would not open the door. So we had to find someone to get our door open. Only issue we had.Very crowed since they added on, alot more people.Chlorine in the water park was very strong as well. If you have sensitive skin keep that in mind. My wife and son do and was getting rashes from the chlorine.Rooms: Rooms cleanNearby activities: Water parkFood & drinks: Food is great. Alittle pricey but it is good.

We were freezing. The lines were terribly long. Check in for a day pass took 2 hours. People who work there were rude.

The water park is clean and well maintained I had a lot of fun and my cousins kid who is 2 1/2 years old he had a ton of fun on the rides. The food and drinks are great but when we went to the creamery later that day it was a little messy but that doesn’t really bother me the ice cream and shakes were great! And I don’t like ice cream. The rooms are well kept and super cute I love the fireplace and the loft our room can fit 8 people if needed and the loft has a half bath as well which is great when your sharing a room with a lot of people. Definitely recommend this place it was a ton of fun for the family.Nearby activities: We went to local brewery’s and winery’s they have great drinks and views you can bring your kid but there aren’t really any kiddy activities for them to do there but they can hang out.

Fun time for family and kids.Rooms: Various room layouts depending what you need.Nearby activities: Tons of activities on site every day.Safety: Plenty of lifeguards at the pool, but always keep your eyes in your kids.Walkability: Plenty of outdoor and indoor to walk around. Large stairs and elevator.Food & drinks: They have Dunkin on site but also the wolf den which is just an open style buffet. Good food overall and we usually enjoy it.
