I got a great car at a great price! I worked with Chad and he was awesome! Very nice, honest, professional and personable man and the first car salesman who didn’t try to sell me a on the car/push a sale. Even stayed later since i came from over an hour away to take a look at the car. He let me take a look and a test drive. He worked with me on the price and gave me a great warranty and said to let him know if i had any issues in the next year as they only sell quality cars! overall a great and smooth experience! Will for sure be going back when i need another vehicle! Thank you so much! I love my 2021 Subaru Forester! it’s just what i was looking for God Bless ??

Found ad for Ford Ranger within hours of posting and called to hold so I could quickly come to see it as most Rangers are sold fast. Chad agreed to hold for me. Made the trip the next day-vehicle as advertised and price very fair in today's elastic market. Came back for pickup and minor issue completed in the pouring rain-now that is quality service!! Many other excellent vehicles on lot as well. Highly recommend-great service-quality vehicles and care for the customer! Thank you!

My mom bought an AWD car about 6 months ago and had issues with the tires tread. So, she asked for them to be changed before she bought it. Found out today they only changed the front, not the back. Not a good move for an AWD car PLUS they lied to her. ??

I purchased a used 2016 Subaru Forester from George's Trading Post, Inc. located in Scottdale PA. on Friday November 20, 2020. My dealings were done with the owner of the business, George A. Emerick, at the location of his business. The car was paid for in cash with a personal check. I was told during the signing of documents—which included trading in my car—that I would receive the title I signed in his office within a few days dependent on my bank releasing funds. It was more than four weeks, and many phone calls later, when I finally received the title. My bank records show that Mr. Emerick cashed the check on November 20th, the day of purchase. I made multiple calls to his business during the weeks following the purchase and spoke to both George Emerick and his brother, Chad Emerick, about the situation. Chad Emerick said they were waiting for my check to clear. I told him my bank had already processed it. (His bank's information is printed on the back of the processed check and the amount is shown to have been credited to his account.) On subsequent calls, both he and George Emerick asked me to email or fax a copy of the front and back of my processed check. I told them this was not my responsibility, nor standard procedure—that they needed to contact their bank. George Emerick called me one morning, making yet another request that I send a copy of the cashed check. I told him he needed to work with his bank. I had a car with no title, that was not legal to drive for a month, as I could not acquire new plates or registration without the proper documents. In addition to his shady business dealings, Mr. Emerick had the nerve to tell me that he would let his “mother and wife” drive the car I purchased for another winter with the tires he left on the car. He must not care all that much for either his mother or wife, as for safety concerns I replaced the almost-bald tires within several days of owning the vehicle—for an amount of money that was more than he ‘gave’ me for the trade-in of my used vehicle. I can only blame myself for doing business with such a flimflam operation.

We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester from this dealer in September. The vehicle was misrepresented on the listing originally; when we went to look at it, it has 6,000 more miles on it than originally what was posted. The vehicle was still within the price range of expected though for that vehicle. A month and a half later, the vehicle started making awful grinding noise back left wheel well after having a recent August inspection. Mechanic said it needed front brakes, back brakes and rotor. Very distraught about this; had not anticipated $400 into the vehicle after a new inspection. Called the dealer and spoke to George about these concerns and quickly resolved the situation. Very professional business service and very much appreciated. Giving 5 stars for the customer service and care.
