Rafael’s Breakfast and service were amazing. Great hospitality and even though we were the only ones staying while we were there, it didn’t feel like anything was left out. We appreciated the personal touch and insight the owner Pat gave us about the history of the property and local area. We stayed during a weekend ski trip to nearby seven springs and even though the drive to the resort was about 30-45 min, it was well worth it to stay here.Rooms: Beautifully decorated, clean, cozyNearby activities: 30ish minutes to Seven Springs resort for skiing and close to Falling Waters.Noteworthy details: Home is curated and decorated amazing. So much history is preserved and you can tell the owner Pat takes great care to make sure the stories and history of the property stay around for generations to come.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, the staff/owner and delicious food! The pictures don't do it justice it is that beautiful and moreso! Every corner had something beautiful, historical or intriguing. We were served delicious breakfast each day with fresh coffee and a smile. We stayed in the Loft and felt like it was a home away from home! The owner sat down with us at breakfast on the last day and shared wonderful stories of the history of the town, estate and decor. Keep up the great work Pat and we'll see you next year!!!

My husband and I just stayed the night here and it was nothing short of perfection. Pat's eye for period appropriate decor is phenomenal. The whole house from top to bottom is a showstopper. She was so welcoming, we felt right at home and were so well taken care of the entire stay. Raphael blew the breakfast out of the water and did such an amazing job cooking and serving not only tasty but beautifully plated food. What can I say, I'm a super fan of the South Broadway Manor! Go there! You won't regret it!

An absolutely amazing bed-and-breakfast! We stayed there one night and could not have been any more impressed. The service was excellent from the minute we walked in the door. The rooms were clean and well kept. This bed-and-breakfast is a short drive from some of the most amazing scenery in the country. The host is extremely knowledgeable of the area, and even went out of her way to recommend places for us to visit. We will definitely be back!

Amazing historic B&B close to Falling Water and nearby parks! We stayed for 1 night in the Romantic Suite (pic attached) and fell in love with this home. It’s clear Pat thought of everything when she renovated this charming home and goes out of her way to make you feel so welcomed. It’s like sleeping in a historic house museum!! You will feel like you’re back in the Gilded Age with all of the amenities of 2023.

All I can say is WOW. I just had a multi-night stay here for my wedding and I can't say enough good things about the staff, the accomodations and pretty much everything this place had to offer. You need to experience this place firsthand of you are anywhere within the Metro area. Hopefully you will get a chance to hear some Pat's amazing stories as well!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Absolutely loved this B and B. Stands out above all the rest of the B and B’s we have stayed at! Pat is an incredible host who obviously loves her home and and running a B and B. You will not be disappointed! We were greeted by Raphael who had the biggest most beautiful smile. We immediately knew we chose the right place!

Just returned from a solo stay in the Victorian room while visiting Fallingwater. Pat, the proprietress couldn't have been more welcoming, sharing the history of the beautiful mansion and the area. The drive to Fallingwater was easy and stunningly beautiful. The home is lovingly and authentically restored including many of the original furnishings, and with all modern amenities. The included breakfast was delicious and elegantly served by attentive staff. Don't neglect to ask for a tour of the home. If you're a history buff, watch the episode of "The Men Who Built America" about Carnegie, Frick and the steel industry before you go!

I stayed at this amazing B&B, a 35-mile gorgeous drive from Fallingwater. Completed 1903 by J.P. Brennan, the CFO of the Frick Coke company, the mansion is lovingly and authentically restored including many of the original furnishings, yet with all the modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious and elegantly served by attentive staff. Pat, the owner could not have been more warm and welcoming and when she discovered that I was a history buff shared all of the details of the home and area's history, and gave me a tour of the entire mansion, including the many personal family treasures that she unearthed while restoring the mansion. Nestled in the Laurel Highlands of PA, my visit was pure perfection!
