My family and I had once used them as a go to for emergency replacement electronics and furniture. Expecally if, say we have unknown family coming to stay and turn a storage room into a bedroom in a flash. As for the electronics, TOP of THE LINE!!! I had gotten an all in one dell touch from them several years ago. It is sold today for close to what I had bought one from them all those years ago. Highly recommed their products. However, this location... The people at the desk do not have it in them to make time for their customers, unless you are standing in front of them and forcing them to do so, and no garrentee on that one either. The guy I asked for help from basically directed me to the online catalog, and told me that was all he could do. So, personally, we just went to EFO furniture in Dunmore and got what we needed from them. Good luck...

Very unproffessional its like the projects in there they have girls talking unproffessional with attitudes over the phone the managers are doing them they all doing each other thats why they all stick together they talk to u nasty they very unproffesional dont go to this store stick with the other store

This Aaron’s is completely horrible.. I spoken to them multiple times over the last two months my job firing me and inform them I would be late on payments until I found a job, I recently just got hired this month and called and told them I can pay the two months I owe they added up to 200 extra dollars because I was late two months and counted the 200 extra dollars as a third month. Now I’ve been harassed for weeks since becoming one month behind even after speaking to a manager I completely think anyone who goes to this Aaron’s should stop the one on 1606 nay aug ave is better. This one we should all let go out of business.

Aarons count your days?? warranty needs to be extended longer after an item is paid off. Two tvs got at the same times 3. Yrs ago paid off already and one tv at a time failed. Tv turning on and off and now in out if two tvs. Rediculous considering the amount you pay in total. Warranty needs to be covered a few years considering the price they charge and its a big electronic. Never getting any electronics again. Furniture yes electronics no

Horrible. Hesitated on doing business with them again after jersey had messed up. Still gave a chance, after 2 weeks of waiting and lack of communication today was my delivery date. They called as they were late once again, saying they were on their way then called and cancelled saying rich the manager was on vacation so he wasn't able to do his his job said I had a contract that I didn't have and that I had to pay. I want to know how a bed set turned into a steroid I never owned. Unprofessional corrupt. Don't recommend. Go to rent a center

I have moved a lot over the last ten years. Often leasing many different items from the store. In some cases I returned an item if it did not fit where I was moving etc. Recently I returned a sofa I paid on for an entire year because of the quality. They bought me another sofa I ordered and the Arm collapsed. So I asked for a replacement. Wound up with a new unit of the couch I returned that was paid on for a year. No credit or anything just start paying again. That couch did the same thing the previous unit did. The cushions sank and made it difficult for me to sit and stand up from. Well I returned that. I had a couch we bought from big lots and recently decided I wanted to add a chair and sofa to our living room and put that couch in my Den. After calling several times for a delivery estimate today I found out my order was canceled because I have returned their defective living room furniture too many times. I was told it’s not profitable for them to lease me any further living room sets. These people are just ridiculous. The company is a leasing , rental and rent to own set up. Why would you refuse a customer that pays on time and has paid out several leases early merchandise. It’s not my fault your living room furniture is made poorly. I have had several bedroom sets that I purchased and they are wonderful. I have opened up an email complaint with no response . Today I called requesting to speak with the DM regarding this decision and service

This is the most putrescent and ghetto example of what an Aaron's should be!I was just in the store and a sales associate member was yelling and screaming at a current customer, I cannot believe what I witnessed! The customer sales associate was acting like absolute trash and I would recommend that nobody shop at this place! What a frightening and terrible experience, needless to say I will never go back into that place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
