I have moved a lot over the last ten years. Often leasing many different items from the store. In some cases I returned an item if it did not fit where I was moving etc. Recently I returned a sofa I paid on for an entire year because of the quality. They bought me another sofa I ordered and the Arm collapsed. So I asked for a replacement. Wound up with a new unit of the couch I returned that was paid on for a year. No credit or anything just start paying again. That couch did the same thing the previous unit did. The cushions sank and made it difficult for me to sit and stand up from. Well I returned that. I had a couch we bought from big lots and recently decided I wanted to add a chair and sofa to our living room and put that couch in my Den. After calling several times for a delivery estimate today I found out my order was canceled because I have returned their defective living room furniture too many times. I was told it’s not profitable for them to lease me any further living room sets. These people are just ridiculous. The company is a leasing , rental and rent to own set up. Why would you refuse a customer that pays on time and has paid out several leases early merchandise. It’s not my fault your living room furniture is made poorly. I have had several bedroom sets that I purchased and they are wonderful. I have opened up an email complaint with no response . Today I called requesting to speak with the DM regarding this decision and service

This is the most putrescent and ghetto example of what an Aaron's should be!I was just in the store and a sales associate member was yelling and screaming at a current customer, I cannot believe what I witnessed! The customer sales associate was acting like absolute trash and I would recommend that nobody shop at this place! What a frightening and terrible experience, needless to say I will never go back into that place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible. Hesitated on doing business with them again after jersey had messed up. Still gave a chance, after 2 weeks of waiting and lack of communication today was my delivery date. They called as they were late once again, saying they were on their way then called and cancelled saying rich the manager was on vacation so he wasn't able to do his his job said I had a contract that I didn't have and that I had to pay. I want to know how a bed set turned into a steroid I never owned. Unprofessional corrupt. Don't recommend. Go to rent a center

So I leased an item from them which was then stolen from my house..which was taken by my roommate..I made a police report about it..I became behind on my payment and was threaten by the gm that he was going to put me in jail since I no longer had the item and I got caught back up on payments and then fell behind again and was threatened again with jail time they were nice enough to let me purchase a used product of the same one to cancel the lease

I went to the south scranton store last week to find a good love seat. Come to find out that my account was all messed up. Wrong address and Wrong phone number. Instead of scranton they had me in taylor.I was told that I would hear something in a couple of days. Well as of now I have heard nothing about this. I guess the i.t. department is asleep on the job. To be honest I am ready to tell them to get the table and chairs and the TV. This all happened in January of this year. I don't want to hear to use the email address either, This is Bull!.

I had a lot of respect for the associate Damon I am waiting on a chair for 8 weeks if the situation could have any worse it was. Damon spoke to me in such a disgusting disrespectful way it took my breath away, I can’t believe anyone would speak to a customer the way he spoke to me. Before yesterday I always praised him even though I am still waiting this long for a chair. I am not one to make trouble but the way he treats customers is horrible. In my job I used recommend Aaron’s and sent a lot of customer not anymore !

We were doing some financial transactions today and having a little trouble. But the boys Damon and Rich know how to take care of me delivery Men who deliver the dryer unhooked it and hooked them back up we're very nice and they were quick and just overall awesome awesome service keep up the good work I don't remember your names but I know you're from the Washington ST .. store you guys are great ?

Larry and Ray Was awesome, down to earth and very professional cool dudes. They explained everything to us about our washer and dryer. they did a test run to make sure everything was running smoothly Before they left as well..

Bought a riding lawn mower from them used it 4 month and it broke down it has been 2 years broken down and they would not do nothing until we kept calling they have had it for 6 months. And nothing has been about it Paid alot of money for it

Our Samsung Dryer was delivered today, 10/25/22 by Larry and Ray. I was impressed with the professional attitude, courtesy, and genuine friendliness of these two gentlemen! It was a pleasure chatting with Larry and Ray while they set up our dryer! My wife and I are very satisfied with the service we received today!We are also very pleased with our new dryer.
