Great service, they honour parts warranty, one of my plastic hooks was damage , and they send me a spare pair even though am in canada. I have 6 planks alum a pole for years this things are built to last

Just about every worker I have had experience with showed a level of professionalism as for the managers or the office workers not so much seems like they don't really know what they're doing but the product is top of the line and that's the important part
