If I can give zero stars i would. Apparently they have had this issue for 2 years now that their credit card system takes the money from your account then puts it back in, so you have to pay a late fee. This was done 6 times to me, then I paid $100 for someone to come to my house hook up a tank and was supposed to come in and check the line, well apparently he was so lazy he felt like he didn't have to. I had to call they sent someone out on my dime and charged me over $70. It became my fault. I paid the "late fee" again. Then had an other delivery. I verified all of my card information, they took it out, gave me a receipt, put it back into my account....wait for it "late fee" again. Don't trust these people. They are crooks. I have my banking information to back all of this up. I paid more in late fees for their issues over and over when my bills were paid before they were even due. Everything becomes the customers problem. Remember modern gas is the same as Atlantic propane. You have in issue with one, they are both putting money into the same pot then splitting the profit of robbing people.

Sad service for Arrowhead Lake Community in Pocono Lake, PA. Ran out of propane YET AGAIN. Nothing like having your oven go out in the middle of cooking your dinner, thereby RUINING it. Not the first time, not the second time either. Offered to come and charge me $350 tonight for the "extra service". REALLY?

We have been with the company for over 5 yrs. Due to Covid our family and I have been struggling. We have paid towards our balance as much as we could we were told to also contact LIHEAP for assistance which I did. LIHEAP has given them an amount to fill up make tank. It has been 2 months now and still haven't gotten my fill. I was told that will not be happening until my past due balance is paid which is not much. So if I don't pay the past due I will not be able to use the funds that were given to them. Mind you that I have 2 grandkid under 3 that live with me which they know and LIHEAP know as I had to prove to them that they live here. So for them to refuse me a fill which they got paid for already its a disgrace. I have reach out to LIHEAP and council. I will see what happens next.

I ran out of gas in the middle of the night and called to get a delivery the next morning. I figured it would be a day at least, they were at my house and filled my tank within 10 minutes of my call. THAT'S RELIABILITY, AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Great Service! Best Prices! We had a problem with the regulator on our underground tank and there was someone there in literally 10 minutes to take care of the problem!
