Just confirmed the reason I would never bank Here. A check is given , from a dealership, who holds an account with Wayne bank yet non customers can't cash a check. That makes no sense what so ever, diabolical to think I have checks with a bank but can't send someone there to cash them. Family town banks don't cut it.

Been dealing with Wayne Bank for years and is a great bank to deal with. Friendly and professional staff always willing to help out when needed. Highly recommend Wayne Bank!

I went there to cash a paycheck and the doors were locked at 4:50.i preceded to go to drive thru and the lady was rude and it wasn't even closing time yet I thinking I should take my money out and open some other account at a bank that does what they say it does. I couldn't get gas to get home

If I could, I would give negative stars. Opened our joint account November 2022. It's has been nothing but a nightmare.New debit cards that were sent, stopped working within 3-4 weeks. When my wife called for a new card, the customer support lady first tried to argue saying that the card worked. Two weeks later my wife called again only to find out that the card wasn't shipped at all and the bank couldn't give a day when the card will be shipped. There is no overnight shipping.If you need customer support then forget this place. I needed to make a $2400 medical purchase on a Saturday afternoon. It wouldn't let me use my own money! There was no customer support available to clear the amount even though I had 3 times the amount in my account.3rd, I tried to transfer money through Zelle from my account at Wayne bank to another bank (both activated on Zelle). Instead of within minutes, Wayne bank said within 3 days. Today when I call, I was told oh no it takes 5 business days so the statement at the time of the transaction was false.If you just need a bank account which is worse than your household safe then by all means use this bank. If you need timely access to your "own" money then stay clear of this bank. I wanted to help a local bank but big mistake!Stay clear!
