“I really enjoy my interaction with Hailee Politz my service advisor. She understands the financial situation with retirement folks like me.
I know working in the mechanical services industry that Preventive Maintenance is so important but not cheap. ( But still cheaper then a panic repair bill ). You cannot just Gas and Go like so many do and blame the toyota product when it lets you down.
All this to say is that We had developed a plan to get the work done as if first importance and not break the piggy ? bank. O and the most important thing.
They do Quality work. You may think you can get the same quality of care at a Mom and Pop shop but the question I raise are the Technicians Toyota factory trained?
Cheaper is not always better!!!!”

Side back panel repaired (couldn’t find before picture but it was deep and noticeable), replaced my grill, and while the grill was off he repaired an old deep scratch below front bumper but was able to match to original manufacturer car color . Overall, good experience not stressful, in and out within a few days which was a huge issue with other shops . Reasonable prices - cash or insurance.”

“We purchased a truck here before the end of the year and got a very good deal. With the Employee pricing and other discounts our salesman JJ Sunday made it work for us. We got more then we anticipated in a truck and are extremely happy with our choice. JJ seemed to have a bad wrap In another review on yelp but in my opinion he was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the truck we wanted. It can be stressful buying a vehicle for anyone especially with a salesman who isn't listening to what you want and just trying to make a sale. JJ got all our boxes checked and then some. We are from NY and he also was very informative on purchasing out of state and personally taking care of calling our insurance agent for us. The truck was gorgeous upon pick up and they even gave us a full tank of gas! And wait! There's more! They took care of the motor vehicle paperwork too! Let's not forget we live in NY so that right there is amazing! We also got a free first oil change tune up and two more to follow after that! The finance manager was also very informative and made the transaction go smoothly. The dealership was very clean and put together with a big selection of cars and trucks. I would recommend them highly.”

“If you can request a service advisor, I recommend Jon. He’s very knowledgeable, advises what services you need when you need them. No BS. I took my Toyota there to get inspected and get a tire repaired, and he had me in and out as fast as possible. I told him I was traveling for the holiday and he made sure that my Toyota got the proper inspection it needed, with right amount of attention to detail as well as getting my tire issue corrected. I will absolutely be returning there again for my future service needs.”
“Had leaf springs put on two Jeep XJ Cherokee's there so far, 2014 and 2016. I was happy with the job both Jeeps, good work and quick. They are behind Sams Auto on Keyser. Will be bringing another truck there soon 8/2018.”
