I know working in the mechanical services industry that Preventive Maintenance is so important but not cheap. ( But still cheaper then a panic repair bill ). You cannot just Gas and Go like so many do and blame the toyota product when it lets you down.
All this to say is that We had developed a plan to get the work done as if first importance and not break the piggy ? bank. O and the most important thing.
They do Quality work. You may think you can get the same quality of care at a Mom and Pop shop but the question I raise are the Technicians Toyota factory trained?

I wish I got the gentleman’s name who was driving truck that day but he was so helpful, made me laugh and calm down. They carefully inspected my car for about 50 minutes, explained the issue clearly, and told me it was fixed — no need to replace the tire. They even refused to take payment since it wasn’t actually a tire problem. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism! They are reliable, trustworthy, and kind. I have been getting tires from Kost for over 20 years . I Have checked tire rack for pricing and found they were very comparable. I have visited may Kost tire and this visit was the same . “Brought my car in because is was boiling my engine coolant, not only did they fix it in a jiffy and only charged me 30 bucks, the man showed me what to do just in case it happens again. Service like that is service I seek, will be coming back for regular oil changes and maintainence!! Love ya lou thanks for being awesome. (Left an extra 10$ tip and ill be tipping eveytime i return, also jiffy lube and Mavis SCREWED me over before this so do with that what you will).”

“If you’re looking for a good, honest mechanic this is the shop to go to. Guy replaced the struts and flushed my transmission fluid on my Nissan Rogue. The work was done in a timely manner and his pricing was more than fair (came in several hundred dollars less than what another garage quoted me). He was incredibly knowledgeable, and a genuinely solid human. I’m going to be getting my fixes at this shop from here on out and will be recommending anyone I know to check these guys out. Nice dudes, fair pricing, and my car drove like the day I drove it off the dealer’s lot when he was done. Highly recommend.”
“We were stranded on 81 the nite of 9/29/24! Our roadside service provider called Brayer’s to pick up our 32’ travel trailer with the left rear wheel & hub falling off! (Thanks to the jeep next to us pointing to pull over) we can only imagine what could have happened if they didn’t)!
So Rick jumps out of his rig assessed the situation, hook up our trailer & delivered it to the designated “safe place designated by our roadside provider”!
While there he made sure the damaged axle/wheel & hub were safe from any other damage! We chatted and discovered that he does heavy truck repairs beside the towing! He agreed to fix our trailer, provided he could find parts! Well after almost a day of back & forth phone calls - an axle had been located in Indiana at the trailer manufacturer, Grand Design ! Our trailer is tucked in his yard for now, while we wait for the axle to be shipped!
Both my husband & myself, cannot thank Brayer’s Towing & Rick himself for everything he has done to ease our stress!

“We purchased a truck here before the end of the year and got a very good deal. With the Employee pricing and other discounts our salesman JJ Sunday made it work for us. We got more then we anticipated in a truck and are extremely happy with our choice. JJ seemed to have a bad wrap In another review on yelp but in my opinion he was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the truck we wanted. It can be stressful buying a vehicle for anyone especially with a salesman who isn't listening to what you want and just trying to make a sale. JJ got all our boxes checked and then some. We are from NY and he also was very informative on purchasing out of state and personally taking care of calling our insurance agent for us. The truck was gorgeous upon pick up and they even gave us a full tank of gas! And wait! There's more! They took care of the motor vehicle paperwork too! Let's not forget we live in NY so that right there is amazing! We also got a free first oil change tune up and two more to follow after that! The finance manager was also very informative and made the transaction go smoothly. The dealership was very clean and put together with a big selection of cars and trucks. I would recommend them highly.”

“Came in because first car had mystery issues, John ran tests and found out the source of the problem. Gave me sound advice so got a replacement vehicle, dealership messed up and sold me a vehicle under the guise that it was operational without covering/solving issues with the master cylinder. John and everybody at the shop were extremely helpful and transparent and helped me wage a case against the dealership with the information and pictures they provided of the issues. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I’ve never had a better experience with an auto shop.”
