RUN…….. Called asked for Dave, I needed business insurance. He got my business name wrong, I signed for a policy and I got a completely different one in the mail and my company name wasn’t spelled right. Luckily I took snap shots as I “DocuSigned” everything NOTHING was right. I got the policy in the mail, ALL WRONG, and wasn’t even the policy we discussed and I signed for?! Brought it up thought it would be an easy thing to fix being a brand new customer and no not at all. It was a fight to cancel a policy I never even signed for and to get money back it took over 30 days to get my money back. Word of advice go to a real company. I’ve never been treated so poorly but yet so quick to take your money and I canceled after trying and trying but no one cares. At all. Goto a place that actually cares, and doesn’t just want your money and checking account #. Never ever been treated so poorly and unprofessional…….
