I was at the dickson city location in the viewmont mall and got a giftcard for my aunts birthday. when my aunt called to see the amount there was no money on the giftcard. i called the store to let them know and the manager kayla seemed like she did not care.

I would rate a 0 if possible. I bought a Fall candle and after 1 use, the wicks stopped lighting. It is only 1/4 if that burnt down. I was in the Viewmont Mall store and asked if I was able to exchange it for a new one, the associate said no problem. I went in today and the manager Meghan was extremely rude, lied about lighting it herself and said it lit fine and refused to do the exchange for me. I can't believe a company this large doesn't stand behind their products. I will never purchase from them again. Meghan needs a lesson on Customer Service and how to treat her customers!!

I found everything I wanted and needed. It was just because their computers were acting up they couldn't scan my barcodes in which it was my birthday I lost out on what I was supposed to get and I didn't get the deal I was supposed to get because they couldn't get the machine working right

I was an employee here for a seasonal position a few years ago and honestly the manager of it daria is disgusting and has horrible social skills. Personally the manager is what keeps me away. She also has an inappropriate relationship with a human resources employee for bath and body works. Their candles are nice tho

I am addicted to the 5 for $8 hand sanitizers. Every time I go I have to smell all the candles over again. I'm absolutely in love with the Champagne Toast scent and recently purchased the Strawberry Soda body spray at the semi annual sale. While the prices are a little high and I wish the three wick candles were on sale more, I absolutely love this place and visit every time I go to the mall!
