“Excellent bike shop. I came in hoping they could help me with my bike not shifting properly, and was fully prepared to drop it off and pick it up another day. The gentleman at the counter took my bike, fixed it in less than ten minutes and sent me on my way. Even adjusted my brakes for me. I’ve never experienced such excellent customer service at a bike shop in my life. I will be switching to this shop for future service and bike purchases.
