I ordered a booka. Said my book was delivered to the store. Got email confirmation it was ready for pick up. Received an email my order was canceled. I did not cancel it. So I called the store. Their words were its here, not on the floor, so we canceled it. The site says it holds for 96 hours. I wasn't going to pick it up today. They said that's their process and now I won't get my money back till next week. I've never had a store tell me my order arrived. Is in the store. And they canceled. Then they said you'll get your refund in 4 days. Very poor business practices. And on top of says it's available for in store pick up. Absolutely ruined my first comic book expierence. Thanks.

A wonderful experience! Nice & clean, and the staff is very nice and helpful to. Filled with toys and collectibles, books and graphic novels, all in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere!

It's a nice bookstore. Very clean and organized . Chill vibe. Polite staff. Very limited craft & DIY books. Half the store is dedicated to children's merchandise & books. No craft magazines beyond knitting & crocheting.
Set u similar to B & N but doesn't have DIY & craft variety merchandise & publications.

My kids love this place but I'm less enamored. They have a good selection of kids books and toys but I find it difficult to find books in other sections. Staff were no help in locating books or ordering them when they couldn't be found. I'm trying to support brick and mortar stores in my community but the staff don't seem to care if I go and order it online at another store. They seemed short staffed which could explain the poor service.

This place is fun. Loads of cool stuff, good books, excellent and friendly staff. Only issue I have is my son applied here a few months back. The pay for your employees is horrible for this area.
