I stopped by to get my new simcard since they had called me telling me to pick up a new one. I drove 40 minutes. The OPEN sign is lite up and the door is locked. Terrible way to run a business.

It's a Sunday google says this store is open at 12 pm I've been sitting in the parking lot since 1130am it is 1205 pm. Yet the store still remains closed even tho their sign says open. Terrible management

It's supposed to be open at 10am yet I asked the business right beside them and was told they open up when ever they want some days it's as late as 12 other days even later at 1pm!!!

The gentleman who just assisted me was absolutely wonderful both on the phone and in person. I signed back up with Boost after having been a member for 15 years and getting talked into going with T-Mobile. It took me 2 years to get out of the T-Mobile situation that I hated from the very beginning and now I'm back at Boost but my phone wasn't working quite right. I went in there and he took care of it in 2 minutes with a very nice attitude. I appreciate you!

Friendly. The NEW service everyone is being pushed into isn't better. The bill went up again and I will never need 5G .4G was fine never had a problem, more being not better. More Commercials, Spam and JUNK....I'LL get used to it.

Alex was a big help to my mother when she had a problem with her insured phone she bought from Boost. He went out of his way to find the perfect phone for her needs. Along with telling us what other options were available to save money. It’s been a long time since either one of us experienced customer service that good. Excellent customer service is just as important as the products being purchased. I hope anyone looking for a new phone will go there and ask for Alex. He will make sure you are taken care of. Very professional and knowledgeable of all products in the store.
