Love this store great store for downtown Scranton. You can the mail and look at the other store. Or just stop in to Auntie's Annie's for a prestal and drink . Then go shopping . The garage for parking is charging now. If you go to the new medical offices or get something from the store, it will stamp your ticket. You can shop online, and have it shipped to you, or you can pick it up there for curbside.

I had a very negative experience shopping here. Every staff member I interacted with was rude to me and I wasn’t the only one. The last staff member that was rude was when I got in a line to pay and when I confronted the staff member about being rude to me the woman in front of me said she was rude to me also. I placed the items I had spent over 30 minutes picking out on the counter and walked out - your staff should be reminded that some of their responses to customers could be delivered with a little more kindness. The unhelpful attitudes are definitely losing this company money.

I absolutely love Boscovs. I buy all my junior pants there. And I get amazing $4.99 blouses on clearance, some with original prices over $50.00. I also love the fact that they box and wrap all my Christmas presents. Whenever I receive their coupons, I go there immediately, and use my coupon.The other day, I got 6 outfits for $113.00.I get the best deals there, and online too.

The elevator was broken the elevator in the parking garage on the 1 and 2 floor was risky all is great but they need to keep the elevators working.
