“Love this store great store for downtown Scranton. You can the mail and look at the other store. Or just stop in to Auntie's Annie's for a prestal and drink . Then go shopping . The garage for parking is charging now. If you go to the new medical offices or get something from the store, it will stamp your ticket. You can shop online, and have it shipped to you, or you can pick it up there for curbside.”

“I love the clothing from American Eagle and Aerie, the jeans are well made and comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Love the weight of cotton they use in their sweatshirts and sweatpants.But really what makes their brand stand out is their customer service. I recently returned a top in store in Dickson City PA that I purchased as an online only item. Nathan handled the exchange in store and had my correct size shipped to me. He also brought me a shopping bag as my hands got full as I continued to shop; helped me to find what I needed and pointed out special offers going on. He was amazing, not hovering but definitely available if needed, and I think he should be recognized for how well he does his job. Courteous and outgoing, just made my shopping experience and exchange stress free. Thanks Nathan”
“This is one of my favorite store-fronts to shop at. Otherwise, I typically buy online. The clothing selection is always current and well-made. The employees here are always pleasant, too. It's a little expensive, but worth it!”

“As with most Aero stores, it's very cramped and hard to maneuver. It's a little nerve racking because every one is on top of one another. Another things that also frustrates me is that they mostly stock the store with XS and S. Not everyone can fit these sizes; it discourages me from even trying to find something I like when the likelihood of my size being available is so slim. HOWEVER, I did encounter a very enthusiastic and helpful staff member. Going out of her way to find select styles that I liked in my size helped me to narrow my choices. I visit this location frequently and she's always so helpful, which keeps me coming back. If there's anything for me here, I can count on her to help me find it!”
