I recently experienced exceptional service from the bank in Minooka, PA, where I have multiple loans. When I made a mistake on their supper easy phone app while attempting to complete my daughter's Subaru car loan, they quickly rectified the error. Their dedication to the local community and customers is beyond impressive.
Michele Miller's follow-through was better than just notable, providing me with added assurance and confidence. And rectify my mistake.

Not sure what to think...deposited $700 last week, called to see when my "welcome packet" would arrive, and they had trouble finding my account! On hold so long I had to hang up. Don't know my routing or account number so guess we'll see! I opened the account on line but did deposit funds at the bank in Scranton. Yikes.

I run several businesses and thus have accounts with many different banks. I recently started another business, NEPA Auto Services LLC, which was in need of a bank account. Now I don't know about most people, but I've been fed up with most of the other banks. Let me tell you, Community Bank was a breath of fresh air. This location is fantastic. They have helpful people and tons of locations across the areas I typically travel to. Their web banking is clean and fast. I had one small issue signing up to their web banking, called their web banking staff and within only a few minutes the issue was sorted out. Mobile app is decent and functions. Mobile deposits are great and they don't hold up your money forever. I'm in the process of closing my other bank accounts and moving them here, as frankly, I have found a suitable bank that is keeping up with the times and evolving as needed. You will be absolutely impressed with this bank if you try it.
