Horrible branch.. I was in a few weeks ago to make a deposit to my account and was very rudely told I couldn't go inside for transactions. I explained that I wanted to set up a meeting to discuss investments but was again very rudely told I wasn't allowed but could go through the drive through (I can only assume my construction clothes after work wernt too impressive). I then did a deposit through the drive through and when the teller noted the amount was invited inside to speak about investments.. obviously I declined at this point..
Another trip to this branch today I made a deposit and asked when the cash would be available. I was told the first 5000 would be available the same day and the rest would take 24 hours. I then went to the atm to withdraw a few hundred dollars of my available cash.. this resulted in an overdraft notice.. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service.
Now I just use cbna as a portal to access my cash and move all investments to other banks.

i would give 0 zero stars if i could i drove an hour away due to this is the closest place and it ever said anything about being a drive thru only center city has 1 teller station in a 1 way alley open in lunch rush hour on a Friday afternoon i think cbna truly needs to revise their descriptions of personal branch operations

Can't go inside. But only one drive thru lane open and you use the other lane to park your cars in. makes no sense. This bank is so annoying.

This Community bank has the worst drive through service ever!!! They have 2 lanes and they use one for parking!! Like they don’t have a whole parking lot behind the building!! They also allow pedestrians to skip the drive through service!! On top of the fact that they never answer they’re phone!!! Check out the pictures I posted on Google!!!

Don't use this bank. They're parasites that will keep finding ways to steal your money. Their customer service is a joke, and they can't even get addresses correct.
