I spend hundreds of dollars here on disposable vapes. Last night on 6/3, I bought a vape that was sold to me broken. He replaced it. The next one was still broken (nothing was coming out of it) but the store had closed by then. I went as soon as they opened with the vape, box and receipt… and the guy told me there is nothing he can do about selling me broken vapes. I’m disgusted. I’ve never had a problem anywhere else if a vape was broken. I’m not asking for money, i’m asking for a vape that works. It isn’t MY fault that YOU buy broken vapes. I’m going to go back and tell the owner how rude this man was to me. I will never go to this store again, nor will my family. I’ve lived in North Scranton my entire life and to be talked to like that over a $20 vape that they SOLD ME BROKEN…. no sir. It’s a shame that people come into our neighborhoods, take over Mom and Pop stores.. and have the worst customer service.

People are always in there without masks that they serve and they have cameras as proof, and never say anything. Food is outdated by months and they put tax on foodstamps which is illegal, they use the calculator and then put the price with tax on it in the register and hit non tax so it doesn't show. It's ridiculous!
