The people that work there (not everyone). Are unprofessional!! Horrible been going here 20 some years with my salon owner mom. I have picked up her orders for her and on many occasions accompanied her in to the store. I went to return a wrong color purchase, to exchange it for the correct color, and was thrown out of this business. I was told "I'm not a hairdresser", I need a card or beauty licence to be inside the store. I had my reciept, my mom's beauty licence# and my mom on the phone to backup the exchange. I was thrown out of this place like a criminal!!!! Screamed at by an employee, in front of a crowded store, who walked me to the door and locked the door behind meet as I was thrown out!! I still have the 2 hair dyes with reciept that I was never able to exchange for my mom to use on my Hair!!
