Just joined Crunch. the gym as a whole is awesome and tidy / clean . The machines and equipment are new and everyone keeps to themselves or are polite and willing to help if you’re not familiar with the equipment. I had a “kickoff” consultation with Kaz the personal trainer and he was more than polite and willing to give me insights on what will help me with my fitness journey and overall health . Crunch 10/10 KAZ 10/10

Very nice gym. Good equipment. Very friendly staff. We stayed at the Radisson and they offer half off of day passes and add one. Highly recommend.

They keep encouraging me and I really appreciate it. I have my own motivation to go to the gym but when it comes down to work and going to the gym it's hard. I try and go after work if I have the time. I try and go whenever I possibly can. It's a great gym, the people there are friendly no shaming or anything of the such. High recommend it to anyone. If you max out the membership for $41 a month then you get a lot of cool things like training days you can participate in. Tanning room I think it was. Everything there you have access to when you pay that. So again highly recommend it!

+ Wide array of equipment
- $20+ dollar base price, more expensive than other Crunch in the country but with same equipment
- Can’t cancel online, HAS to be in person
- Busy most hours of the day past 9a
Would rate higher if price was lower to match competitors and other locations within the same company

I’ve been coming here since 2018. The trainer Leigh that does the boxing class hogs every heavy bag and all the space, there are like 12 bags and she needs them all for 2-3 people and won’t let you work out. Me and several others were removed from using the bags by her. I pay $40 a month for membership and don’t have time to stand around and wait an hour for your class. The sign on the wall says to share equipment and allow
others to work in but I guess that doesn’t apply to trainers.

One of, if not, the best Crunch location. I love Crunch but some of the facilities are lacking, not Marketplace Crunch.

On my past visit 1/9/25 7:45p, I brought my sister as a guest under my account, but she was initially denied entry because the staff claimed her old account was in collections. After asking them to double-check the assumption, they realized her account had been paid in full. This was embarrassing for her and could have easily been avoided if they had verified the information properly before making that claim. I hope that Crunch fitness improves their process in that regard to avoid putting people in situations like this.

Great atmosphere and an even better workout now that they underwent a renovation. More squat racks, more machines, a larger free weight area, a personal fitness specific area and a SMOOTHIE bar, and red light therapy machines. Your fitness journey starts and continues here!

I recently joined this gym after working out primarily at home and outside for cardio for the last 4 years. A1 gym 👌🏽. Massive parking lot, massive gym with all the equipment, a juice shop. They even got a day care, tanning machines and all kinds of stuff I ain’t never gonna use but it’s there haha. They walk you through the membership prices in detail as well. You can’t go wrong here

Great fitness center! Has all the classes you need from yoga to spin! Trainers are always on hand to help. Juice bar, red light therapy, tanning, and daycare for your kids!! Plus free parking!! You can't miss!!
