Ctown Supermarkets is a grocery store that offers a wide variety of international staples and ingredients to help customers recreate the flavors of home. The store is well-stocked and clean, with a good selection of fresh produce and meats. However, some customers have found the prices to be higher compared to other local grocery stores, particularly for items like ice cream and ethnic-based foods.
The store seems to cater primarily to customers seeking out hard-to-find ingredients from various cultures and backgrounds. While the selection is praised, the customer service has been described as lacking at times, with some employees appearing disinterested.
Overall, Ctown Supermarkets is seen as a great option for those looking for unique ethnic ingredients and products, though it may not be the most cost-effective choice for a full grocery order. The store's new, larger location has expanded its offerings, but it still maintains its focus on serving the diverse needs of the local community.
I like shopping here for stuff you cannot find in big box stores. Prices are ok seem high on some items. Have a good selection of produce and meats. Some of the freezers items seem to be freezer burnt and frozen to the point you cannot see the item as it’s covered in ice. It is always very very cold in there
