Terrible experience with getting my prescriptions filled. No personnel there to work counter or drive thru. Phone kept ringing with customers with nobody to answer. Real s——— show. If there is anything less than no stars I would use that. Have been going to same CVS for 50 (yes 50) years and I am going to change pharmacies as are the rest of my family. TERRIBLE

This pharmacy giving me a problem almost every time I go to pick up medicine. Especially today 04/11/22 around 11 am to 11:45 am, the pharmacy technician girl insisted one of my son’s prescription does not exist, the prescription sent in from me while I was watching the screen at the urgent care to them. She did not even to offer make a call to the provider nor did she seek a help from another pharmacy staff to find his prescription. So I had to go back to the urgent care and take my two toddlers with me again in the office. The doctor confirmed the prescription was sent and called the pharmacy to find out the technician there could not find it because my children have the same DOB and last name. Went back again to the pharmacy, after the same girl gave me the prescription this time I told her, it was there the first time and you could not find it despite I spelled the first and last name for each child to her. When I told her you did not need to send us back to the doctor instead of calling or trying harder to find it. No apology from her about her screw up and just answered I don’t know what happened and insisted again the prescription was not there and that is of course a lie.

I would go literally anywhere else but my insurance company forces me to go to CVS. Every time I try to fill a prescription there is a problem. They won't fill my meds all at once so one week I had to go 4 times to pick up medication. Very inconvenient and aggravating.

Worst pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. I received a notification my prescription was ready. When I arrived, I explained I had new insurance. I was told to go to a different window. After waiting at that window, the same exact person finally waited on me. I explained I did not have new card yet. Would not look up the insurance. Told me I had to call. However, medication could not be delayed as it was for my daughter in college and needed to be mailed. I said I just pay for it. Told me to GO BACK TO THE FIRST WINDOW. Then I proceeded to wait because nobody would come over. Finally, The same exact woman came over. Zero customer service when you are dealing with life sustaining medications. Awful. Had my prescription transferred immediately!

Pharmacist lied straight to my face about not having a prescription in stock. then told me that they don't make the prescription anymore even though I have an official letter from United Healthcare stating that I've been approved for this specific medication. not to mention a prescription written out by my doctor that says specifically what the medication is I think the doctor would know if they didn't make this medication anymore since it's one of the most common medications on the planet. I'm taking my business elsewhere the pharmacist will lie straight to your face about having medication in stock and just making things up about medications not existing anymore.
