I ordered photos online later in the day and expected them not to be done until the next morning but they were taken care of right away. Dan was extremely friendly, helpful, and took great care when packaging my prints. He's the best and I will definitely be coming back to this CVS for any photo printing needs I have in the future!

Very bad experience, the first day went there, I was told that it needs 20 minutes to finish the order. I came there after 45 minutes and they told me that prescription is out of stock. come tomorrow after 2 PM. I went there after 5 days and it was not ready. They asked me come in few hours! Unprofessional customer service! Besides, No one ever pick up the phone!

Horrible customer service. They’re always “Understaffed”. I was told my medication would be expedited for urgency and that the wait time will be 2 hours max. After waiting 2 hours on site yesterday I came back and was told it'll be ready by 9pm. Now today I come to get my medication, that should've been ready and was told again that I had to wait an additional 2 hours. After waiting the 2 hrs I'm now told by a different pharmacist that they will expedite it when they already told me they would yesterday and today. 24 hours in total is what I've waited for my anti-biotic medication to be filled. Their excuse is them being “Understaffed”. Choose a different pharmacy if you can.

I don't go here. But I keep getting texts (which I was able to stop) but now I am getting phone calls for this person who probably needs them. (This has been going on for weeks.) So I called CVS waited over 10 minutes no answer. I am really concerned for this person who needs their meds.

No matter what time of day I call they never pick up the phone. My insurance tries to call the pharmacy to confirm information they don’t pick up. I call the front store they say there’s nothing they can do….. Moved to a different city and can’t even get my prescription transferred bc they won’t answer the phone….

How about no stars that's more accurate. No customer service whatsoever, they can't even simply answer the phone, and prescriptions are in process for days, something needs to be done with this location. Better not be in a life or death situation with your scripts, because if you are your gonna die waiting on them to fill your scripts

Worst customer service both at the Cvs app and phone. The pharmacist never answers. The phone automation does not work properly. Every time I order a prescription it is a problem. It either takes a week or more to get refilled or it’s never ordered properly.

I really hate giving bad reviews but they need a second pharmacist in this CVS greenridge location. I think the lady pharmacist at this location is overwhelmed. My doctor called in 2 prescription yesterday at 3:00pm; I have very bad allergies and really need that, my husband went to pick it up today they only had one ready. I don't know why she would just feel one and not the other so I tried to call I was on hold for 40 minutes and I just gave up. They will be closed when I get out of work. I never had any problems when I lived on Southside and use the CVS on moosic Street 2 years ago My medication was always ready when it's called in.This is not right that the customers surface because the staff are overwhelmed, CVS management has to hire more people!

Dr sent RX to CVS 9:00am. I was sent notification it was received. Kept checking all day. Message was "In Progress". Next morning the same message. Went to CVS staff said "oh, I can fill it now" . I walked around the store then returned to waiting area. I was the only one there. When my RX was ready the staff person walked to the counter (with my RX). At the same time someone else walked up to the counter. She put my RX to the side of the register and waited on that person. Then 2 others who had gotten in line. She left me standing there until everyone was waited on, then picked up my RX and waited on me. Talk about unfair. I was first in line! CVS has gone down in customer service lately. Taking a long time to fill prescriptions, courtesy toward customers and inconsistency in filling RX's.

Just don't!There is a Rite Aid on Keyser Ave.DePeitro's on Wheeler Ave.Walgreens on Luzerne St.DO NOT use this pharmacy.It's a zoo & they regularly screw things up.There is a reason they only get 2.1 stars. It's earned.
