Called for a back bumper for my car , and the guy that answered the phone was very disrespectful and rude , kept raising his voice for no reason when I asked is there a different bumper available , do not go here waist of time .

Lady is very nasty when she answers the phone... Asked her very slightly where I could find a certain piece for my car or an exchange and she was nasty, and said that I would only get an original and that I would have to go out and get it painted.. I have asked if she knew anyone who I can call to possibly see if they have the same part, and she just repeated herself.... As soon as I called the next place, they had exactly what I needed with no issues and no attitude. I would not recommend this place if you are asking about a part and to see if they might have it.The way that you need it

I am a State Farm repair shop .We bought a aftermarket capa bumper cover from this company .It did not fit at all. I asked for a full refund . They said it was my problem not there’s . Lady I talked to was very rude .DO not use this company .

Poor customer service. Ordered parts said they would be in next day, waited two days, parts were never ordered. Top it off was rude about it. Could of got the same quality parts off ebay for half the price If I wanted to wait a week
