Very convenient for me. I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees.Love all the new things that they have added. Shop there often. Would be very disappointed if they were to close.

At the Dollar Tree located at 1000 S. Washington Ave, Scranton, PA 18505, I experienced an unfortunate incident involving an employee named Nancy. While shopping with my distressed toddler, Nancy voiced complaints about my child's crying to nearby customers. She actually was saying I need to shut my baby up. Upon inquiring if she preferred me to nurse, Nancy recommended a pacifier, displaying ignorance about my child's severe sensory challenges. This encounter emphasizes the challenges special needs parents face and the importance of empathetic customer service. To better serve diverse customers, Dollar Tree should refine its hiring process to ensure more considerate representatives. Dollar Tree .

Filthy store mold in coolers and the shelves are very disorganized, the employees at this location should be ashamed to work here so many better dollar tree locations in the Scranton area it seems like they need more employees but who wants to work for dollar tree what do they pay 9 dollars an hour won’t be back.

This is one of the worst stores I've been in in my life. There's always a line, most likely because their staff is uneducated, rude and ignorant. And since it is not one, but all of them, I can only assume Dollar tree encourages their associates to yell and curse at the customer's. Very scary experience.

Dark. Very disorganized. Don't try to buy alot because they will NOT let you take the cart out of the store. Most of the employees act like they do not even want you there. Several other Dollar tree locations are in the area , so the best advice is to go to any of the other locations where they seem to want to do their jobs and treat customers like humans.
