family member that used to work there they was really rudeeeee no help when asked. and very bad to work with . the store is very dirty and unorganized, bathroom very nasty looking and they also thru her on a register with no training asked multiple times for help and nobody was around. Everyone was in the back sitting around and then when people started coming into the store they started yelling at my family member for not doing her job mid while nobody was helping for well she was asking for help the whole time told her to GO DO SOMETHING ELSE hahaha I think everyone that’s been working there needs a wake up check stop having people with there when they don’t know how to work with others it’s pretty sad. Wonder why nobody tries to work there nor shop there.!!!!

Went there for the first time, and the last! This location is the worst I’ve seen. Unorganized, crap all over the floor and when I was looking for snacks- I had to put several BACK because of mice chewing and shitting all over the products.

Not once have I gone here and the line isn't more than half way down the isle. One person at a register isn't enough. They also don't have air conditioning in here so prepare to feel like you're about to pass out during your 20 minute wait to check out.

Spoiled food in freezer was there today this is the only dollar store that is this a mess with stuff thrown every where and spoiled food in freezer pictures for proof the one by Walmart in Taylor is always clean so is the one in south side

Great store great cashier.. great deals...terrible experience with their manager Ray... she was so rude to me and her employees.. her cashier deserves a promotion and raise for still smiling and being polite to customers after the manager treated her!!!

Possibly the dirtiest retail store I have ever been in. Products thrown on shelves in complete disarray, garbage, paper, damaged products littering the floors, and the smell was horrid.

Dirty, unorganized, junk all over the floor. They neer pick it up to put back on the shelf. Should take a visit to the one on Main St. in Dickson or the Keyser Avenue store. They are well kept, always!

I just walked out of the store after seen 3 rats having fun on the chips area. I mentioned it to the employee, and he was like "yeah, we know". For real, wth. He didn't even care, like he is used to them.

The smell in this Dollar Tree was heinous! I'm not sure if it's from all the water damage on the ceiling or what, but it made it very difficult to continue shopping in the store. The cashier also did not wrap delicate cookware well at all. I would much rather shop at the other Dollar Tree about a mile away on Main Street.

Shannon’s customer service is terrible. Not a hi, how are you? Not a “you’re welcome” when a customer says thank you. I witnessed her being rude to someone infront of me. Workers there are always ignorant, hire some good help .

I usually frequent this dollar tree because it's near my job. The cashier's/staff are great. However for the last 3 times, I've gotten Nick. He does not offer any greeting, and he stands there with the most disinterested look on his face and never says thank you. Once or twice can be a bad day but every time? He over bags your items and does not separate the fragrant cleaning supplies from the food. Twice I've had the bag break on me and my items fall in the street.He makes my shopping experience distasteful.

What a disaster!!One cashier. The line was 10 deep.I tried to use the bathroom disgusting!!See pics.I showed the cashier. She said she’d tell the manager. If there was a manager in the store why would they allow the restroom to be in this condition??

A disaster is an understatement. Clearly this store is extremely understaffed. Only one register open, with long lines with stock all over the aisles. Hazardous in so many ways.
