I rushed to get dog bones. Showed up at 9:52 When supposedly they close at 10 o'clock, The doors were locked with the associate Counting the drawer laughing at me. So extremely disrespectful that I'm considering never going to another dollar tree again.. Great job (not even going The extra mile but), just doing your job correctly ! Like you re apparently getting paid for.
Seriously that's pathetic. If y'all were my employees... well, you wouldn't be. Really really bad.

Poor management and customer service. Waited in line 15 min. Placed 45 items on the belt. Cashier finished with woman in front of me. He then said I am going on break you will have to move to the new line that just opened. There were 4 people behind me and at least 6 people in the line that just opened. I said you can’t be serious. He said yes. Who treats customers like like that and what type of manager allows it? On top of it after I walked out he continued to check out the people in line behind me.

I was at the Dollar tree today I was standing in line ,there were six people ahead of me, only one register was opened there was another employee standing at her register texting at her phone I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that she was still on break, I really don't think she should have been there at her register while everybody was looking at her. stay away from your register when you're on break when you're ready to open then you come to it.

I happen to be a huge fan of Dollar Tree. I tend to shop at as many as I can in my region of Pennsylvania. They always are well stocked, especially for every holiday you could image. I craft many different wreaths and build candy caddys, and this store always has what I need to do so. The staff that has been there the longest are very pleasant and good at moving the lines. I dorecommend more one on one training by the manager for the new staff to learn how to move faster under pressure. This seems to be a valid concern for other customers. Also, teach them to be friendly and learn customer service.The store was fully packed with Valentine bliss, and I have posted photos of all the cute items to buy.

Doesn't seem that there is enough help. Shipment orders on floor. I have been in this store often. Never has Ben likes this. Seems to be the theme everywhere
