Okay so honestly Both Collars stopped working after a month and a half. I believe there ripping people off with no guarantee and only a thirty day return. O stars :(

These collars are really expensive. Supposed to be all natural. I bought one for my cat and for my dog and they don't work, it says that it kills fleas in 3 days my dog still has fleas, it hasn't even gotten rid of the fleas. Don't buy it it's no good

This collar is a total joke don't waste your money here we have yet another celebrity pushing something that doesn't work meaning Dr Phil says he uses it and loves it. I wouldn't waste my money the return policy is a joke too the only way you get your money back is if it's unused and in the original packaging how are you supposed to know if it works if you don't put it on your animal!!

The vet and technicians are nice enough, but the one receptionist is so rude. She gets very annoyed by barking dogs.
Uummm, this is a vet's office! That's gonna happen.

I've been taking my pets here for 13 years, and while they don't particularly like it, they do get the best care here. Dr. Wendi and Dr. Sperling are stellar, but their staff is also worth their weight in gold. They fawned over my two greyhounds and were so incredibly kind when they needed to be put down, and even sent us a condolence card. Now, they fawn over my skittish greyhound, love on my fat pitbull, and treat my abused and fearful lab mix with incredible gentleness. Prices are more than reasonable (but I'm from New York) and they take the time to review all options with you.

THEY ONLY CARE FOR THE MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS. I end up bringing in a cat that was bleeding from her nose that cat clearly needed help tho when asking for help with this cat they told me I can't get the cat looked at unless I paid for it. To all the stuff of Dr. paws saying they got into the job to help animals stop lieing to everyone and stop pretending you care about animals. All of you are just in it for the money. No understanding of people situation like I got paid the next day though did my cat make it that long no did they care no. If I can give no stars I would.

Took neighbor there with her beloved cat. He had to be put down the staff let my friend stay with him as long as she needed. The nurse shaved lot of fur off of him and placed in a clear like Christmas ball and gave to her. Two weeks later I went back without my friends knowledge and brought his ashes home. I knew she couldn't do that last task for him. I handed her a small shopping bag and she hugged me. That small gesture on my part made her very happy . Now Rocco was home for Christmas with his Mom.

Words aren't even going to come close to expressing my gratitude to Dr. Christie. Our kitten was extremely sick. Helpless... Lifeless and very little chance of survival. Even knowing the odds he would make it through the night, Dr. Christie never thought of giving up on him. She fought for his little life when he was too sick to fight for himself. Dr. Christie is more than a vet. She has the heart, compassion and love for animals which made the difference of our little guy now having a long beautiful life Thank you so much. You'll never know how huge my heart is right now

I can’t recommend enough! I’ve been brining my dog for 12 years and the staff is stellar. Not only are they extremely kind, but they always account for cost, which is unfortunately uncommon in this industry. The girls at the desk are always friendly and helpful and the techs are so sweet and very accommodating. Highly recommended!
